I am a biochemistry student in Wayne State University's Irvin D. Reid Honors College with interests spanning medicine, public health, substance-use prevention, policy, and community-centered care.
Through AmeriCorps, I train residents across Detroit and Southeast Michigan to recognize an opioid overdose, administer naloxone, and respond until help arrives. Alongside that work, I support student leaders across the Midwest through ABSA Network and help create spaces where students can develop professionally, spiritually, and personally.
Across every role, my goal is simple: make resources more accessible, strengthen the communities around me, and turn sincere concern into practical action.
